You may cancel your order only if the Print Provider – our approved local print provider fulfilling your order – has not started production. Once the Print Provider starts producing the order, you cannot edit or cancel the order.
The deadline for canceling an order varies according to the order’s specifications and the turnaround time needed. Please contact us or your local Print Provider to inquire as to whether production has begun.
Even if you have received a notification from us regarding your order, you must contact us to confirm the order status. Our orders are produced quickly, and phone and website live chat are the fastest and most effective way to reach us before your order enters production (if it hasn’t already). We will not cancel any orders without clear instructions from you.
